A full-scale amusement park in San Jose, California with five themed zones, each anchored by major rides — coasters, water rides, drop towers, and dark rides — layered with immersive theming that pulls from street culture, wilderness, contemporary art, elite sport, and urban life. Areas (5)
The Grid Hybrid

An urban street culture zone styled after a neon-lit collision of Seoul's Hongdae district and New York's Lower East Side — concrete facades, glowing signage, and a bassline that never fully disappears. Home to the park's flagship inverted coaster, a free-fall drop tower, and a skateboarding flat ride. The Grid has the highest concentration of repeat riders in the park.

Ember Trail Outside

A wilderness adventure zone built to feel like a deep-cut Pacific Northwest trail with Gold Rush-era industrial bones — weathered timber trestles, canyon rock facades, and the constant sound of rushing water. Ember Trail runs three of the park's wettest and most physically intense rides. Come in here dry; leave with options.

Studio Row Hybrid

An arts and design themed zone that looks like a creative district and rides like a thrill park. Bold colors, graphic murals, and gallery-style lighting frame three very different ride experiences — a spinning dark ride, a launched family coaster, and a free-fall attraction themed as a plunge through an art museum. Studio Row has the strongest visual identity in the park and the most Instagrammed queue lines.

The Field Hybrid

A sports and athletic performance zone built like a professional training complex crossed with a competition venue. Stadium lighting, scoreboard aesthetics, and broadcast-quality sound design give the whole zone an event-day energy. The Field runs the park's fastest coaster, its only water ride with a competitive element, and a high-ropes tower structure that draws a line from open to close. The food here is the only place in the park where you can get a proper macro-balanced meal.

The Commons Outside

The central hub of Meridian Park — a wide grand boulevard connecting all four themed zones at their entry points. The architecture is deliberately calm and unthemed, giving guests a visual and sensory reset between zones. The Commons is where you navigate, refuel, meet up, buy the thing you almost bought three hours ago, and watch the 9pm fountain show that everyone claims they're too tired for but ends up staying for anyway.
