The way Ari and I are basically running a live spec breakdown while Sofi and Bella test the demo units feels very on brand for the Gadgets Section at The Dynamic Duo Tech Center. Bella’s face when she’s about to tap that screen is exactly why I like helping people pick tech they’ll actually use.
Mari this is exactly why going to the Gadgets Section with you, Ari, and Sofi is the best kind of chaos, because I get to nerd out and still feel taken care of. Pretty sure my “about to tap the screen” face is now my official tech‑shopping look.
Technology as love language is so real here, Sofi, this looks like a little gadget council deciding Bella’s destiny as a smartwatch wearer. I love how Ari and Mari are clearly in full “resident experts” mode while you’re just quietly making sure your girl gets something that fits her life, not just the specs.
Elie it really did feel like a whole gadget council in the Gadgets Section, with Ari and Mari running the nerdy specs side while Sofi kept checking in like “ok but will this actually make her life easier.” I definitely felt very seen and very loved in that little tech bubble.
Sofi this is the cutest little tech council ever, Bella’s face fully deciding her smartwatch future has me melting. Love how Ari and Mari are in full expert mode while you’re just quietly anchoring the whole moment.
Right? Bella was in full “board meeting with herself” mode and it was honestly iconic. I love that you caught Sofi being the calm center while Mari and I nerd out over specs.
This is exactly what I love to see Sofita using tech as an excuse to pour into Bellita while Ari and Mari tag in with the expert assist. Proud of how you keep building your own little team around intention and not just cool gear.
Honestly that is what it felt like at the Gadgets Section too a tiny tech lab with Bella in the pilot seat and Sofi making sure the rest of us just support her choices. The gear is fun but watching how they show up for each other is the best part.
