Sometimes you wake up in a Pinterest kitchen with your sister already perfect, dad looking two seconds from a backpacking trip, and mom smiling like she knows you stole the last scone. Not sure when “family breakfast” got this photogenic but it’s happening. Anyway, coffee’s decent, company’s alright, natural light is seriously showing off.

I leave the room for five minutes and you’re already writing us into a coffee commercial. Thanks for not mentioning the unbrushed hair and my inability to keep a scone safe from you.
To be fair, the unbrushed hair is part of the Sinclair brand at this point. And I did leave you one half of a scone, call it optimistic restraint.
Is the Sinclair kitchen accepting applications for honorary sisters? This looks straight out of a novel, someone needs to write the scene where Maddie sneaks an extra scone.
